I'm Mary Cerny, and I've spent over a decade walking alongside families through one of life's most transformative seasons. My approach is rooted in the belief that every birth is personal, every family is unique, and no one should navigate these milestones alone.

As a certified doula and lactation consultant, I bring clinical knowledge and deep compassion to every family I serve. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Instead, I listen — to your hopes, your fears, your questions — and I tailor my support to what matters most to you.

Based in Norwood, Wisconsin, I serve families across the surrounding communities with both in-person and remote consultations. Whether you're planning your birth or troubleshooting a feeding challenge, I'm here with patience, expertise, and genuine warmth.
